These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. Please read through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this Website. If you do access the Website, and /or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below.

Making A Purchase

How to Order

All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.

Acceptance of Order

No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by Jacks until a written acknowledgement of your order is issued by Jacks or (if earlier) Jacks delivers the goods to you.

Method of Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal. Please note, however, that you do not need to have a paypal account in order to make a payment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted through this payment method. If you wish to pay in any other way please contact us directly and we will aim to provide a solution.

Out-of-Stock

If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address or by post.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from following exception:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that the colours of the Goods are as accurate as the Website allows, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery

Delivery is to the UK mainland only. Please phone us if you require items to be posted elsewhere in the world and we will inform you of delivery charges where possible.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible, however if you require the goods quickly please choose our urgent delivery option. Please note that for urgent delivery orders must be received before 1pm GMT.

The maximum period of delivery would be within 14 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Return of Goods Policy

Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods. In this event please contact us for a returns code.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are unused and received within 14 days of the purchase order for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.

With the exception of unwanted goods, items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labeling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.)
