Could you possibly give the length of the coat and I’m normally a size 12 but would a 14 be a better fit

The size 12 measures approximately 43" in length from the seam at the neck/shoulder. As for the size we would say that it is true to size however if you were wanting to wear extra layers underneath the size 14 may be a better option
